Hey Everyone, if you haven't heard by now, the above list is all the new products.  Young Living really went all out this year and we have some really good things.   We always do but this year was a year for Transformation and they are taking the lead.   My understanding is more is being worked on and wasn't ready yet.

Well my friends this has been a long time in coming, Young Living has finally made its move and a good one at that.  

Young Living has been around for years producing the finest quality essential oils in the world.

This certainly is a great work out, for us woman we need to modify it a bit, I did. I can't do push up at all so what I did is to lower myself to the floor and then push up. I find it affective enough for me and I am getting results.
As one gets stronger keep modifying until you can do them as Dr. Oz does. For me this will take awhile.
