Hey Everyone, if you haven't heard by now, the above list is all the new products.  Young Living really went all out this year and we have some really good things.   We always do but this year was a year for Transformation and they are taking the lead.   My understanding is more is being worked on and wasn't ready yet.  

 You will notice that with the two new oils, no other company will have them.    Please understand Young Living, does all of its own farming, and distilling.   No other company can say this so instead they say "our oils are as good as Young Living"  NOT.   Even other companies that claim to have better oils, NOT, they stoop to bad mouthing Young Living.   Make no mistake those oils are causing harm.  With Young Living you will never have to worry.  We have a unique from Seed to Seal process that insure quality.   Young Living is the Original, the Largest and the Leader.

This certainly is a great work out, for us woman we need to modify it a bit, I did. I can't do push up at all so what I did is to lower myself to the floor and then push up. I find it affective enough for me and I am getting results.
As one gets stronger keep modifying until you can do them as Dr. Oz does. For me this will take awhile.
