Dr. Oz's Tips for a Longer Life - Practice Yoga, Eat Healthy Foods, Reduce Stress - AARP The Magazine

This certainly is a great work out, for us woman we need to modify it a bit, I did. I can't do push up at all so what I did is to lower myself to the floor and then push up. I find it affective enough for me and I am getting results.
As one gets stronger keep modifying until you can do them as Dr. Oz does. For me this will take awhile.
